Terms of service

Please be absolutely sure when ordering items from my shop. Due to the fact that everything is made to order it is considered a final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. By purchasing an item from our shop, you agree to these terms. 
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly at threeandmellc@gmail.com so we may fix it to the best of my ability! Every item is handmade and made to order so slight differences may occur. 

If your order is time sensitive and you are seeking to have it completed and arrive to you by a certain time, please contact us BEFORE you have purchased the item to see if it is possible or so a rush fee may be added. Please do not leave a note in the "note to seller" box at checkout saying you need it by a certain time. This will not be honored if a previous discussion has not been had. Due to the fact that leotards are made to order, please allow a minimum of two weeks for your order to ship.

CUSTOMIZATIONS: Any customizations you would like to make to a listing that does not have an option for it must be discussed BEFORE purchasing. Please do not put a note in the "note to seller" box when checking out asking for a custom request that you do not know if it is possible or if additional charges need to be added to your order. If not discussed beforehand, these requests will not be honored.
