Shipping policy

Three and Me, LLC is not responsible for the post office, lost or stolen packages. It is our responsibility to get your purchase to the post office but what they do thereafter is not on us. We will do our best to contact the post office and try to assist in case an incident occurs. If a package is lost, you must put in a claim with the post office. Please be aware: THREE AND ME, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE POST OFFICE OR LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE. If concerned about lost packages, please contact us BEFOREHAND to purchase an insurance as a precaution to protect your purchase. Also, please make sure your address is correct. We use the address given to us by you and cannot be held liable if you have entered the wrong address.
